Important Trip Details:
You will be hiking 4-6 hours per day on 4 back-to-back days, plus 2 shorter days on either side. Sections of the trail are on rural roads, and parts may be rocky or muddy at times. steady climbs and descents that require stamina. on trails through a variety of terrain, from humid rainforests and river valleys to temperate cloud forests and agricultural lands. Elevations are between sea level and 7,700 feet. You need to be in good health and physical condition for this trip.
